These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of La Migra App. Please read them carefully.

La Migra App ("we", "us", "our") operates the community safety platform available at lamigraapp.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the platform, whether as an anonymous visitor or a registered account holder.

By accessing or using La Migra App you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Content Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to use La Migra App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the platform with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

All reports, comments, media, and other content submitted by users are user-generated. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must have the legal right to share it. By submitting content, you grant La Migra App a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, translate, and distribute that content on the platform for as long as it remains available (reports and their media auto-delete after a short window; other content is retained per our Privacy Policy).

You agree not to submit false or misleading reports, harass or threaten other people, dox anyone, share sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise illegal content, spam the platform, attempt to circumvent security or rate limits, or use the platform to facilitate any unlawful activity. We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove content, warn, suspend, or terminate accounts, block anonymous devices, or take any other action we consider necessary to protect the community, comply with law, or preserve platform integrity.

La Migra App does not provide legal, medical, immigration, or emergency-services advice. Information on the platform is user-generated and provided for community-awareness purposes only. Always consult a qualified professional for advice about your specific situation.

The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that reports are accurate, complete, or timely. We do not guarantee protection from law enforcement, immigration enforcement, litigation, or any government action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, La Migra App and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless La Migra App from any claim, demand, or damage arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the version date at the top of this page and, for material changes, prompt you to accept the new version before continuing to use the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the state where the platform is administered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
